UPDATED: The team was super quick to respond to my review and offer to refund me for the error. Things happen and it's all about how things get resolved so very much appreciate the responsiveness and the offer to refund. Will def be back to give them another try! ORIGINAL: The bagels are very good but holy cow did they mess up my order. I wish I had checked it before I left because when I got home they didn’t include a bagel I paid for, they had the wrong cream cheese on another bagel and didn’t toast the third bagel that was in the lox sandwich. And I triple checked the name when they called it. Pretty unusual for a place to get 3 out 3 items in an order wrong and annoying to pay for something that they didn’t include.
